Discussion/ Action to adopt Resolution 2025-12 Establishing Water and Sewer Service Connection Requirements and Regulations for Each Parcel and Unit in the City’s Service Area- Ramon Castro, Building Inspector

Discussion/ Action to authorize payment to R&B Automation in the amount of $73,533.31 for four valves and actuators at the water treatment plant -Ramiro Barajas, Public Works Director

Discussion Action: To accept the Public Green Space Grants Award from IID in the amount of $30,900.00 and authorize the execution of the Agreement by Mayor Rivera.  Laura Fischer, Manager
