1. Discussion/Action to hold second reading of Ordinance 2025-02 to Change Zone for APN # 035-342-005 and # 035-342-006 from Industrial Zone to Residential Zone and Amend Official Zoning Map and adopt Ordinance via Resolution 2025-15. Laura Fischer, City Manager
2. Discussion/Action to authorize submittal of grant applications for paving projects to AB 617 Commission – Laura Fischer, City Manager
3. Discussion/Action to authorize staff to prepare and submit a request for proposals to plant trees funded by the IID Green Space Grant - Laura Fischer, City Manager
